Hotels have more data and more systems than ever before. But having more data doesn’t automatically lead to better decisions or better financial results.

As the 2026 season comes to an end, it is time to look at the numbers. What worked? Where did we generate the most revenue? Where did costs increase? And most importantly: what can this year’s results tell us about the decisions we need to make for 2027?

This practical two-day workshop brings together hotel operations, Revenue Management, pricing, USALI and budgeting. We will look at how these areas connect and how everyday decisions across the hotel ultimately affect revenue, costs and profitability.

With a special focus on budgeting for 2027, we will work with real hotel data, practical calculations and hands-on exercises. You will also leave with Excel templates, ready-to-use models and practical tools you can use in your own hotel.
